The ones that record everything they hear permanently to Meta servers, geolocated with time stamps, and convert it to searchable text? Connected to the user’s account, with IDs of all nearby bluetooth, WiFi and cell data connections?
Yeah, that’s totally better, I see no problem with these.
I’m guessing they are still selling the camera glasses and they only released this to give plausible deniability to the owners of their other glasses.
Now the person recording you in the bathroom will just say it’s the kind without the camera even if you can see it clearly.

I’ve long said I’d prefer something like this, where I can read info presented on glasses.
We already have headsets for this kind of functionality.
Not that I’ll be buying these, because, well, Meta and all that jazz. Just I find it a better concept overall.
