Tech@programming.dev•Microsoft is endorsing the use of personal Copilot in workplaces, frustrating IT admins
5·5 months agoMicrosoft has informed IT admins that Copilot’s access to work documents is strictly controlled by the user account’s permissions, so enterprise data is protected.
Ignoring the “access does not mean permission” security principle, and the fact that permitting a human to read a document is not the same as permitting them to send it to an external server.
Any opinions on Firedragon (Floorp’s fork, default in Garuda linux)
Thank you for the good instance

Minecraft@lemmy.world•What's the craziest Minecraft suggestion you got?English
17·7 months agoI want the game difficulties to be not just about combat, but to be essentially bundles of game rules+datapacks, to essentially feel like separate gamemodes. Make Peaceful easier (renewable everything, no tool durability), and Hardcore harder (no villages, harder early game progression etc)
Oh, also pair it with https://dearrow.ajay.app/ to crowdsource de-ragebaiting titles/thumbnails (from the maker of Sponsorblock)
I use https://unhook.app/ and there’s no trending page

1·8 months agoYou don’t understand how Ukrainians use telegram at all. It’s first and foremost a Twitter replacement.

I’ve tried Domoticz when my Pi was too old for HA, before upgrading to HA. It was good enough to control only a few devices.
