This. I can still play most of the fh3 campaign without an internet connection. Can’t say the same for fh5.

Fuck that person, I appreciate it!

This. I’ve played fh3, 4, and 5. Only changes are visual and a couple new cars. It’s not an awful game, but I’d rather play modded BeamNG.drive.

My mentality exactly. My legacy doesn’t really matter at the heat death of the universe. Take it day-by-day, dream, care about those you love, but know that literally nobody will care about your mistakes 40 quintillion years from now.

I personally don’t associate it with the military, but I’m the exception to that. Lots of people call it “military time” here.

It is, but a lot of people think it high-quality. I believe the saying goes “an engineer isn’t someone who can make something work, it’s someone that can make something barely work.” Idk, I’m going into welding, not my expertise.

Sounds sick! I’m in favor of standardizing this.

I just call it 24-hour. I, too, hate the “military time” name, but it’s common here in the states.

Sabbath my beloved

Interesting. My 1070ti works fine after every update. I switched to CachyOS after it lost mainstream support, so maybe it’s that? Idk. Best of luck figuring that out, though, sounds awful.

I haven’t seen an ad in 3 years, and I haven’t wanted to see one once in that timeframe.

Firefox’s Reader View works for me.
OctoPrints what I’m also looking towards. Had a friend deploy it with his Ender 3 Pro, and it was so smooth compared to CC.
I have an Ender 3 V3 Plus. Huge upgrade from my Ender 3 V2, but either print locally or flash custom firmware before connecting it to the internet. The app/website is so locked down I had to publish a private model to my account before printing anything not on Creality Cloud.
Edit to add: flashing custom firmware can be dangerous and brick your printer’s mobo, please exercise caution. I can’t provide any advice, as I have not flashed mine yet, but it’s on my to-do list.
From what I recall, people were upset with the release of the Prusa One for a multitude of reasons: moving away from printing their own parts, it’s a bit harder to repair, etc. They’re still really open and mod-able, but kinda? Take everything with a grain of salt though, I haven’t looked into them in like a year.

We are getting very close. FEX and any Waydroid improvements ValvE upstreams will also help a ton for apps that depend on them. I’ve also had success with setting up suspend-on-sleep on older laptops battery-wise, so you could always try that in the meantime.

I’m already looking into it lol. From this point on, every device I purchase needs to run Linux.
