If only they could implement what’s holding me back to Nova :

• launch an app when swipping up on an app or folder on homescreen
• choose how folder are showed : a 2x2 grid is used but stacked option in Nova make home feels a lot less cluttered

But really first one is holding me back.

My Expenses is what I used. Before that it was an excel sheet! Simple, allow to reconcile with bank.

Back then no other app allowed that. All seemed to want to show you dashboard. Nice but IMHO the basics : adding transactions and reconcile them should be nailed.
But I am curious about others suggestions if there is any better one!

One thing I’d like an app to have (on Android) is being able to input planned expenses (which will be auto created when month begin) where I can see for an expense all planned expenses for current year in a column and in another column last year or current year with real expenses.

Probably Farscape even though I am not too sure it aged well. Following would be Buffy and Stargate SG1.

Same problem here with Heliboard. Really annoying.

Besides it starts with ship detecting 2 gnosias but later on there is no way of telling if there is one or two. It makes no sense…
Same with ship not being able to tell who is an engineer but still give correct access. Even if it didn’t know at first it means at least it could be confirmed once the engineer used it’s credential.

I will watch next episode but it’s likely I will drop it.

I feel like Lawnchair is almost stalled. What’s prevent me to switch to it is mainly lack of gestures on apps and folders to launch another app. Feature request has existed forever :-/

On Thunder I have no excerpt and I find really annoying all those who post link without comments. They are just doing clickbait like any news aggregator. If I want that there is already google news for instance…
So I value those who add a comment to their post and say why they post it and find it interesting. Isn’t Lemmy all about sharing thought, so does poster except other to do it for him and just want to have popular posts?

It’s because you’re on the old menu, look at mine before fix. It’s at bottom but back, forward, … are on top and it’s not convenient. Really happy they fixed it!

You could add your NAS local address to not go through your VPN using advanced split tunneling on Linux.

Yep exactly my thoughts : “ho part 2 comes as if part 1 is supposed to be watched one episode per week”. Really feel with their new tendency to release only part they are starting to understand that releasing a new show / season all at once makes for a poorer experience. (And maybe it avoids people subscribing for one month only when there is a new release)

Too bad they don’t go all the way and truely release weekly. It won’t feel like season has been chopped and that you need to wait to watch the end.
Sure it is nice to binged watch it but it’s more appropriate for shows already aired. For new show / season, IMO, it makes it more difficult to speak about episodes with others and to imagine what it’s going to happen next. Prime, Apple, Disney, … understand it.

I moved to Thunder and I am happy with it. It’s true there is not as much customization (especially for theme / colors) but still they are enough and overall it’s great!
