you are young, life is long, and the world is large. there are many people out there and it is normal to have ups and downs and intense loves and heartbreak and loss. everyone is different and gets out of bad times in different ways. you have already identified some of your coping mechanisms are not ideal so you are already ahead of the game. try to get some structure in your life however you can and work on improving things for yourself slowly and life will improve with time i promise.
