I read about the Glasgow protest today in another book. A nice victory! They are still in Scotland today. And the police stopped those operations almost completely in Scotland.

It is all fine. It has been over the course of many years and most of it was 20+ years ago.

The current threats are on the rise, maybe because being rightwing is more acceptable fight now.

The local right wing scene has always existed, but right now a few more younger, more active members, so more threats and posturing or at thrown bottle, but no hard violence.

Dar unknown, I have been beaten up by Nazis several times in my life, including fractured jaw, broken arm and several concussions. Two people I have known, not friends, but spoken to and fought along with, have been killed.

I live in an area with several violent right wing activists and last week during a walk with my dog I was told: “wir kriegen dich noch, du linke Schwuchtel.”

I was in teargassed, peppersprayed, spent several days in jail for the usual and was fired because of that.

But that was not relevant for my post.

I’m just a bit weary and tired after decades. Hopefully you will never get to that point.
