I studied literature in college, and my tutor stopped focusing on Joyce after we spent almost an entire lesson discovering these letters. The tutor was very fond of Joyce’s work, yet it became a bit difficult to speak seriously after that.

I admit we were all incredibly immature about it, and I will go further to admit that currently in my mid-30s it is still incredibly hilarious. Maturity be damned, the man really liked farts.
