It was definitely a random yt video I stumbled upon in summer of 2015 that got me into the fandom. Thought it was gonna be a random pokemon video and it wasn’t. I cannot find the video to this day, making me wonder if I was hallucinating it or my mind remembers it completely wrong.

Also, I think the only books I can think of that I read/were read to me that had anthro animals were Dr. Seuss books and a couple other non-chapter books. I don’t even think my elementary school has animorphs and I’m fairly certain there wasn’t Warrior Cats available. Probably might have enjoyed either series back then.

Movies in my case. Robin Hood, The Fox and the Hound, Secret of Nihm, American Tail, Animalympics, and so many more…

I actually can’t think of a single book I’ve ever read that had any anthropomorphic animal characters in it… I didn’t know about Animorphs back in the day. I was a Goosebumps kid.

I honestly read both animorphs and goosebumps as a kid.

Although, I read WAY more GB.

      Not that AM is bad.

Robin Hood, The Fox and the Hound, Secret of Nihm, American Tail, Animalympics, were all great, as well.

It was definitely the same movies for me, and I was already a furry when I read the Warriors books. Though Watership Down, Dinotopia, and the like probably didn’t hurt cementing it for me.
