The link doesn’t work at all.
If they simply didn’t want to sell to a certain demographic it would still load the website but would just say they don’t operate in your region. The error you get back is once you get back if the domain doesn’t exist.
Not sure what they did I searched the site and went to their clearance section but I don’t know enough about panels and invertors to really know if they are actually good prices or anything. https://www.santansolar.com/product-category/sale/clearance/
