I haven’t played the game but I think that user was referring to the company itself, which has one or more employees saying inappropriate things about women.
Iirc the dev uses some internet language which uses a word that is either regular vulgar or misogynist vulgar depending on context (closest parallel: the c-word in the USA vs Australia)
