I genuinely hope the media talks to them first (though obviously not likely).

As for the ICC/ICJ thing, chances are they’ll just drop it sadly. I hope they don’t, but I find it hard to be optimistic about it. And yes, as is typical, everyone will be expected to put this in the past.
