A cannabis leaf microscopy image took third place at the Nikon Small World awards.
The purple trichomes, visible as tiny bead-like structures, are glands containing cannabinoids, including the compounds responsible for its psychoactive and medicinal effects.
It could be that even though UFOs aren’t real - we are the “UFOs”.
