    Only Ukraine cares. Everyone else is mildly concerned at best. If anyone cared they would do something about it - but that means troops which they care about more.

      I care. I personally know others that care. But sitting in a place like Washington State where we do what we can does not make much effort now. But this war will be over someday and the people still around will have to answer for what happened.
