    I wonder if even donvict was aware enough that something so blatantly unconstitutional would be denied, but thought he’d just check the fences anyway, just like the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park.

      My guess is he knew it would be challenged and is counting on it making to the USS, which may allow it to happen due to it not being from 1796. They may strike it down because Congress should be the ones to decide on constitutional amendments, which would likely also mean more amendments.

    The judiciary is irrelevant if the Administration is going to plow forwards. See the rescinding of the grants memo last week. As far as I know, payments haven’t restarted, and I’m following at least two programs that were funded via typical USDA appropriations, and one that was funded through the IRA.

    It doesn’t matter if it goes to court if the Administration is in continual defiance of the order.
