This time I would appreciate your recommendations on the how the rise of Nazism took place and what their rhetoric was around those they claimed were undesirables. Specifically, I guess, how they wound up at the “final solution.” I’ve heard that the initial plan was deportation and I want to better understand how they went from horrible to unthinkingly horrific.
