IDK about other people but it makes me feel sick to the stomach being federated with such content. I don’t really have any problems with Lemm.ee as a whole but I feel like having an uncritical Nazi salute on the network goes against everything Blahaj stands for.
Conservatism is inherently anti-trans. I’d rather not have anyone on lemmy argue against my right to self determination.
A lot of conservatives don’t care about gender.
‘Don’t care’ often means that they don’t want to acknowledge our existence and thus block measures that make our existence possible like trans healthcare or anti discrimination laws. Effectively it’s the same as being anti-trans.
That’s not enough they have to be okay with or even in support of transgender rights. Not caring means they’ll either do nothing or work against us. I will not stand for either.
