I’ve tried many clients for YouTube Music but none of them could play music neither on my android phone nor my Linux Desktop. Is there any app that works, is there something that I need to do before using these apps, or is YouTube blocking these apps from their APIs?

Edit: Thanks to all comments, RiMusic works like a charm on phone and has a very nice UI, on desktop I will use the one youtube-music app with some built-in add-ons
