“Regular” people have had their cars vandalized for daring to move private white cones to use street parking along Billionaires Row
Several Google Street View images show white cones placed around one residence in particular, 2808 Broadway, over the course of several years.
I’m dumbfounded local kids havent made it a tradition to fuck with the cones…
Like, that picture had like five cones for one spot, steal them randomly once a week, and on the anniversary week get a bunch of friends to carry all 260 cones at once and just pile them all in the owners yard.
If you pile 260 cones in their yard they don’t have to keep buying them.
Not if returned in original condition, no. But let’s say, for the sake of argument, every third one had a slow-acting UV reactive portrait of goatse or tubgirl applied to it. You put them out, everything is fine. But after a few hours (days maybe?) in the sun, boom. Can you trust the others? No. Are you going through the effort of painting over them? No.
(Also, I have no idea if this is even a thing technologically. I just like to stretch the ol imagination muscles every so often.)
