Hi im looking for a european alternative for my browser. I understand that basically all browser are either chromium or Firefox based. I heard mozilla is also going through their own enshittificafion so im looking for a european alternatieve
I would probably still prefer a Firefox based browser over a chromium based one, because … you know… Google.
Ive find librewolf to be the only real alternative but also heard good things about Zen Browser. But for The life of me, I cannot find where ‘The zen browser team’ Company is based or operaties from.
Does any one know this? Any other tips or suggestions are also welcome.
I was never a browser poweruser, but zen has made me one. Really loving it so far coming from Firefox.
Really love(d) using it too the last week, but I can’t live with the horrendous font rendering. Especially small/thin or light text on dark background (darkmode themes). Luckily the latest FF releases are adding a lot of vertical tab related functionality, theres tab groups and you can hide the title bar now.
