That’s the impression i’m under, I mean, there’s a good chance if someone kidneys are crushed there’s other internal organs that are just fucked too but idk they cite renal failure as cause of impending death. But yeah I was under the impression that if your kidneys are fucked, yeah that’s not good but you can survive on dialysis as long as you’re near a hospital. But idk maybe there are limits to dialysis
