Took me a while to work out what that was.

Went out before for some fresh bread rolls, then made some guacamole while the sausages and onions were cooking. The guacamole elevates the humble sausage in bread to the next level 🤤 Later I’ll make a Bolognese sauce.
Edit: fell asleep in the afternoon and woke up too late to make a Bolognese so we had waffles instead
