I just saw the trailer. The fact that anyone is still interested in a movie like that is shocking and bewildering to me. Heroic american soldiers in Iraq in 2006?? Wtf r people on?

They should remake Rambo first blood but with a soldier in Iraq, and he still does the “and when I came back they spat on me” myth.
Kind of worried that A24 is going to slowly lose what made it magical for that sweet sweet MIC money. You had Civil War and now this. And they clearly got equipment from the US military so you know they have to have military “consultants” (aka propagandists) now.
