Well, from my very limited experience point of view it is exactly 1:1 replacement of Lemmy.
It might not support 100% lemmy features, but generally it functions the same.
Probably gonna switch later today then 👀
You can even export your followed communities in lemmy and import them into piefed.
Can I find and subscribe to nifty communities from Piefed in my Lemmy account? And how do I do that?
