You do realize that christianity is not a monolith, right? And that different people can have different thoughts on it?

You’re right, there are groups of christians who use their faith a bludgen to beat anyone they don’t like (or more accurately, are irrationally scared of) out of their lives. That doesn’t mean that’s how it has to be, nor that it is the only way to be christian. Feeding that mythos by refusing to accept that progressive christianity can exist is only harmful… and exclusionary.

But we not talking about disissivly small groups of extremeism? Main political parties with millions/hundreds if millions of voters! Say republican(us), tories, Fidesz (hungary), Republicans (france), brothers of italy… all explicitly Christian, all if which provably make their countries worse whenever they get elected

And having different perspectives is not a good thing for you! Morality is very very very straightforward! Say trolly problem, there is an obviously less worse choice to make every singular time! Alas your moral compass that app shows different directions to different people, largely seperated by distance… hmmm, whatever made these dilemmas! He had the rail laid, the people tied, the trains started
