Sure I’m not totally nicotine free in my life, but I figure if the world is going to shit, it’s the only sustainable vice I can indulge in. The disposable vapes are so yucky and filled with nasty shit, other comrades on here who shared the studies about the heavy metals in these things pushed me over the edge to quitting them.

I’ve noticed my sleep was the first thing that always improves. When I vaped I used to wake up like every 2 or 3 hours, hit the vape half-awake, then go back and toss and turn. Now I sleep the entire night through, just getting up to pee once.

So that’s cool. Goes without saying I also quit smoking too, pretty sure I’m a year out or close to on that, but I haven’t kept track so it’s fuzzy.
