I don’t think this trend will continue as bad as it is now. More and more they are finding AI does not replace junior developers very well. The US can’t keep up with power demands of these inefficient coded AI’s at data centers and idiot Trump is cutting back the renewable power that would make it possible. When the AI bubble pops things are going to shift back to some degree.
