It was it came on right after Cleopatra 2525 on UPN.
Well at least in my heart.
Between that show and Lexx, teenage me discovered another element of science fiction.
i dunno, you really think people would tune in weekly to watch a show about a four-person team going through a portal? seems like a stretch
It’s what I do.
It actually doesn’t say colonel on my uniform…
It’s what I DO
I’ve been re-watching SG-1; just saw ep200 last night.
Good timing on this post
Imagine a timeline where Stargate got the respect to warrant legally distinct knockoffs. I bet Harambe is alive in that one.
is that the guy from Encino Man?!
Shooooooooooosh!
Yes. The Deluise family was heavily involved in (acting, directing, and producing) SG-1, from Don Deluise being Urgo in the episode of the same name, to his son (Peter) directing that episode, to Michael Deluise (that guy from Encino Man) in Wormhole X-Treme.
Peter DeLuise directed a bunch of SG1 episodes, he’s also one of the guards in the first episode, I think he shows up a few more times acting but he’s also the director of the wormhole X-treme episode(s?). David DeLuise plays Pete (Carter’s cop boyfriend)…
I think he put himself in every episode he could, usually assisting Sgt. Siler (the stunt coordinator for the show) with a big-ass wrench.
I did not know that about Peter DeLuise being in the first episode. And I have to admit I did not know about David DeLuise at all, so that’s pretty cool!
TIL! thanks
