    Seems like we’ve had a peak in late summer almost every year. Not sure vaccinating in fall has turned out as well as they hoped.

      Or maybe it has and we should vaccinate in summer as well. Seems more info is needed.

      Or just sun-tan your perineal region going by modern HHS guidance…

        Yeah that’s kind of what I’m saying. Only one dose in fall is seeming insufficient. Twice per year might be better but I’m no expert.

          Results: A total of 799 original articles and 149 reviews published in peer-reviewed journals and 35 preprints were identified. Of these, 40 studies were included in the analysis. Pooled estimates of VE of a primary vaccination cycle against laboratory-confirmed Omicron infection and symptomatic disease were both lower than 20% at 6 months from last dose administration.

      barely 15% have been recently vaccinated.
