At least 857 pro-Palestine protesters were arrested in Parliament Square.
But London is not an isolated case. According to the Solidar Foundation, in at least 12 EU member states — including Austria, France, Germany, Italy, and Poland — authorities have taken disproportionate measures against pro-Palestine protests: preemptive bans, mass arrests, and the use of “public order” as justification.
This isn’t about security. It’s about silencing dissent on a continental scale.
