Decent article here for background: https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2025/sep/13/canelo-alvarez-terence-crawford-predictions
Crawford has an incredible record of 41-0 and is an ambidextrous switch-hitter. He can use stance-switching to open up angles that Canelo won’t be ready for. He’ll land, but Canelo has a good chin, and is naturally a much bigger man.
Crawford is the 2/1 underdog (1 chance in 3 of winning). They’re both generational talents and technicians, but Alvarez’s size and power are a big factor.
Spoiler-free Wikipedia here with the card: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Canelo_Álvarez_vs._Terence_Crawford&oldid=1311087094
The fight is in Las Vegas, so will be evening their time.
