    Grilled chicken chunks on skewers marinated in satay sauce. Beet slaw and rice with a side of papaya and strawberries. I’m trying to impress my brother who is just back from Vietnam with all their wonderful food.

    Grilled salmon on chilli and lemongrass rice, with pickled veggie salad, pickled bean sprouts and grilled Pak choy. 😋
