Youve clearly never been around drugs before. Absolutely not cocaine behavior.
Cocaine makes you a selfish asshole. For an idea: Hollywood in the 80s, wall street always, the Zionist colonies always, 19th century europe. Those were coke decisions. London has run on cocaine since their first taste of the stuff.

I’m all for people singing to ghosts to soothe them. People should be doing more of it instead of making their issues everyone else’s problem.

A lot of people genuinely do believe in dumb shit like ghosts, and if you do, this does seem like the reasonable and compassionate course of action. Old timey sexism was the stuff of nightmares.
But this could also be the rationalization for their own coping mechanism for either personal experiences or the horror of actually opening a not-totally-bullshit history book and finding out how awful the world is and often has been.
I don’t really see a problem.
