That is, text-decoration-line:blink. And it doesn’t work in any big browser except Opera and Safari.[1] https://caniuse.com/mdn-css_properties_text-decoration-line_blink

Would it be “in blinking text: Welcome to Jeff K’s website!” or… WELCOME TO JEFF K’S WEBSITE no text WELCOME TO JEFF K’S WEBSITE no text WELCOME TO JEFF K’S WEBSITE no text WELCOME TO JEFF K’S WEBSITE no text etc?
I wonder how screen readers would parse that.
Would it be “in blinking text: Welcome to Jeff K’s website!”
or…
