The AI set up is total shit. It was horribly designed by somebody with no understanding of what they were doing. Maybe the person was some VIP’s brother-in-law who got the nice, fat, and juicy $250M contract.

Civil and legal trials start. They drag on for years but eventually no one involved is held criminally liable. Meanwhile GOP SCOTUS ruled that it’s basically 100% impossible to successfully sue anybody involved in immigration enforcement for any reason. The civil cases can theoretically proceed by they are dropped. Why bother?
