Hi everyone.

I’ve been trying to log into my Instagram account, but I can’t receive the verification code on my old phone number. I followed all the provided steps, including taking a video selfie to verify my identity, yet I received the following message: “Your information could not be confirmed.”

I’ve tried every available option at this point, but nothing has worked. It seems like everything connected to my account is gone.

If anyone has experience with this issue or knows how to resolve it, I would sincerely like to hear from you.
