I don’t have anything bitter or sarcastic to say about this one. I’m just gonna be really disappointed when it turns out to have been bullshit.
I doubt you will be disapointed. This is not the only thing being cured with a process like this. Its basically why people were so excited by crisper. Thing is that you have to wipe out the immune system and reseed it along with the modified cells. This does not mention price but something sounding similar was super expensive. So right now the technology is at the point its doing amazing things but we need to get it to be more easily done so the cost can come down.
