Very sharp… you gonna stain the wood, or put any kind of finish on it?
The plan is to “paint” it with epoxy. Hard yet transparant. (Did that with my workbench in the garage, and i’m not dissapointed with it)

Yes, smoked shotgunshells, smoked baked beans and grilled yaki onigiri. Smoked ribs are scheduled for 2nd christmasday.
Amazing. I have a (not really) porchetta planned for Christmas Day. Had a bit of a panic when I couldn’t find the motor for my rotisserie but the wife saved that day.
Doing a clean burn right now after weeks of wet weather to clear out the pipes and remove the mold!
