Unrequited Love

Love is one of those topics that can be either mature and deeply personal, or it can be immature and childish like. Looking at a subject like unrequited love can help us to understand some things about ourselves more. Maybe help us become the person that we need to be in order to give and receive love in a healthy manner.

Day Seven Prompt

Is there someone in your life that you love, but you know that love will never be returned? Or, if they do love you, it’s not in the way you wish they could return your love?

This is, I think, something that has become more rare in society today. We’re more likely to have love / hate relationships, or parasocial relationships than we are to have unrequited love.

But, maybe you have had this experience. If you have, it might be worth exploring it a bit.

Have You Ever Experienced Unrequited Love?

Note: These prompts are being supplied as a completely optional item for you to use, if you are stuck on what to write. In fact, you might want to use one of these early prompts later in the month if you get stuck.

Leader Board Update

I’ve been giving this a bit of thought. I think posting the LeaderBoard in here twice a week should be sufficient to show the progress the participants are making in the goal. My current thought is to post it on Sunday and Thursday, but I might change the days if I think of a reason to.

Instead, I will supply the link to the LeaderBoard most days.

Closing Note

If you haven’t posted before, leave us a comment below. We’d love to get to know all the participants in the event.
