Missed the full Supermoon the day earlier, this was taken on 4.1.26 and I’m pretty satisfied with the detail out of it.

White balance set to Daylight: do you have opinions on how to set it for the moon? I like it a bit warm, as it’s sunlit, but we perceive it more neutral white with our eyes maybe?

No loss about the Supermoon, partial night-side moon pics are way more interesting!Thanks :) Nice, but I want a full lit round moon at least one time! Will closely monitor the next phases and the sky.

I was wondering if the moon seemed bigger than usual when I took a picture a few days ago…
Seems like I wasnt wrongI also noticed it, but it looks like in November and December was actually bigger. It will become smaller and smaller. Next full moon Perigee (shortest distance) will be on 24/12/2026 (source).
