My cat does this when she sneaks up and takes something off my plate or if I just hand something to her deliberately. It’s super cute. She really likes popcorn.

My dog loves basically anything. Popcorn? Yea, tasty, like it. Bread, yep. Flies on the garden? Yum!
One of my dogs snatched a bird out of the air one time and ate it in a single bite. We were horrified, but the vet said it would likely be digested just fine.
My dog has his specific greenie spot on the living room carpet
My little boy will cry if he gets a special treat like a bully stick and he can’t chew on it in his “special treat spot”. So if we’re camping he’ll just hold it in his mouth and stare at me like “fuck man we gotta go home now I can’t chew on this here 🥺”
My dog always takes it to the bottom left cormer of the living room carpet, it’s a little funny.
Hmm, mine takes it to her bed.
Strangely, my dog also does it with her average dog food. Grabs some from her pot, puts it on her bed, and lays eating there.
Breakfast in bed.
Or when they snatch it and bolt like they stole something.
