He deserved it, read a bit between the lines man. She clearly looked for a dress that makes her look less fat.
Anyone who asks if something makes them look fat should be able to handle a ‘yes’ because they brought it up.
I remember one time, 20 years ago, a girl I was dating asked if her jeans made her butt look big.
And I just said “Yes”.

And I said “Why would you change? You already found the jeans that make your butt look bigger.”

It couldn’t work, because each person making a change would reset everyone else. It could only work logically with one main character.
If everyone had save states then it wouldn’t be a superpower.
If everyone had save states the world would not yet have completed one whole day. Stuck perpetually in a time loop until everyone was happy?
But you don’t remember other people’s, so in your subjective perception it’s only been as much extra time as you used.
