      Just trying to get other countries to sell massive stretches of arctic territory to the US for pennies an acre to make themselves look less stupid.

        This is Putin, and while his sock puppet is currently the US president, i dunno, this one is Russia. That said, trump did propose a ‘six figure amount to each person in Greenland’ or whatever, which would be closer to 6B
