    And stupid people. I was on holiday there and had problems with my ticket. But while I was there I couldn’t call and speak in English to fix the problem, they only would speak German I tried to speak my bad (very bad, mostly just numbers) German but nope. I had to wait until I got home to call and speak in English. Then it was fine.
