So, for the status bar I can use %playback_time_remaining% to have the time of the playing track counting back to zero.
I would like to do the same in the tracklist itself for each track, but this pattern does not work there.
Is there another way to achieve this?

The “Now Playing Info” strings are not available in the playlist view.
Ah damn, I was hoping for another way. Thanks for pointing this out.
I used to use DeadBeef player, and it was possible there, so I was hoping Foobar would have that function too…
