Interestingly the band doesn’t have a wikipedia page in English, but it does in German, Spanish, Catalan, French, and Polish.

As for the lyrics, my German isn’t great but ‘Passiert ist Passiert’ transliterates as ‘passed is passed,’ which I expect is better translated as ‘what has happened, has happened.’ With some of the other parts, it seems to add up to ‘Oops. I broke this/that. (and maybe you) Oh, well. What has happened has happened. /s’
