    Brazil is undoubtedly a large and populous country, but doesn’t China, India also have large 100m+ public health systems with universal access? Japan? Are they making the point about a specific universality unique to Brazil? They talk about havin a nurse in remote areas. That’s not the same as access to hospitals and doctors.

      Both China and India don’t have free public healthcare. You have to pay for it and the poorer people can’t afford to go to a doctor
