Yep, the wait for initial consultation in my area just went from 18 months to at least 24 months (and that’s just the initial consult, not surgery).

I had to travel for mine last year because I knew that was going to happen, but I was hoping to get my revision, due to some complications, here, but I’ve only been on the waiting list for 16 months. Now with TSA restrictions and birth certificate update delays and my old passport about to expire, I likely won’t be able to fly for years and so can’t get the revision any time soon despite the immediate pain it’s causing.

It’s all about the cruelty.
