How was it?
With a ramekin of some basic Louisiana hot sauce to dip it in, and it was amazing!
Tomatoes? With waffles?
Waffle was purely used as bread substitute.
No syrup or butter was harmed in the making of this sandwich.

Coppola pork steak I didn’t finish last night. Sliced thin with tomato & sesame on top. Other side was a slice of provolone with sweet onions and some quickled jalapeno broiled until I can smell the cheese starting to burn. Then horseradish mustard after cooking.
That, is a sandwich.
And now I’m hungry
I might be using eggos as buns from now on.
