There’s no way that’s 350sqft, that place looks bigger than a terraced house in the UK and they tend to average around 700-800sqft. The price is still fucking stupid though considering the UK has a major housing crisis and an average terraced house is still £200-500 cheaper per month depending where you are.
The article states they sell homes “as small as 350 sq.ft” not that this house is that size.
At those kinda prices for a tiny home I would go for a HMO instead.
