that is a weird way to eat popsicle.
Also, you should not insert popsicle into your hole at buttom. While it may sound harmless(?), there is case which required endoscopic removal when it goes too deep.

I mean, as long as you don’t lose the stick, the rest of it is just frozen water. Uncomfortable, certainly, but I’d be amazed if you could make it to the ER before it melts.
PSA: If the base isn’t flared, it doesn’t go down there!
